World Energy® Television presents
an hour-long PBS special on America's energy crisis, bringing viewers
the global energy industry's perspective on growing shortages in
electric power, refined products and natural gas, and what has to
be done.
For decades, the American energy industry has been an easy target
for politicians and the media. Sadly, there have been many instances
when industry was indeed at fault. The specters of suspicion and
mistrust, heightened by consumer concern, have resulted in a domestic
energy policy that may have caused over-regulation, excessive taxation
and reduced investment.
